I purchased a 40 Acre tract from JT with Rural Land Tract’s in 2012. I purchased it with the intent of using it for recreation with friends and family and possibly a home site for the future. I can’t put to words the enjoyment my family and friends have gotten out of this tract of land not to mention what a solid investment it will be for our future.
