I purchased a 40 Acre tract from JT with Rural Land Tract’s in 2012. I purchased it with the intent of using it for recreation with friends and family and possibly a home site for the future. I can’t put to words the enjoyment my family and friends have gotten out of this tract of land not to mention what a solid investment it will be for our future. Since that first purchase in 2012, my business partner and I have purchased 4 more tracts of land from JT. I highly recommend doing business with JT and Rural Land Tracts. JT is a pleasure to work with and is a man of morals and integrity. To put it quite simply, JT does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it.
