J.T. grew up in the beautiful town of Charlottesville, Virginia. He graduated with Honors from Piedmont Virginia Community College obtaining a degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CAD). After graduating, J.T. decided that he wanted to start his own business buying and selling real estate. He formed Rural Land Tracts in 2005 with a primary goal of making real estate affordable again. In the years since establishing the company J.T. has continued to help people make their dreams of property ownership come true. In his off time J.T. enjoys relaxing outdoors with family and friends soaking in this breathtaking state.

I purchased a 40 Acre tract from JT with Rural Land Tract’s in 2012. I purchased it with the intent of using it for recreation with friends and family and possibly a home site for the future. I can’t put to words the enjoyment my family and friends have gotten out of this tract of land not to mention what a solid investment it will be for our future. Since that first purchase in 2012, my business partner and I have purchased 4 more tracts of land from JT. I highly recommend doing business with JT and Rural Land Tracts.
